Event-day staff

Helper and check-in workspace

Start with the event, then scan or search. Helpers see the tools needed for entry—not the full event-creation dashboard.

Youth-data rule: Use participant information only for approved registration, guardian contact, badge and check-in work. Never expose a full youth list on a public screen.

Fast check-in

Three steps for every arrival

Choose the event

Confirm the event name, date and venue before opening its participant list.

2

Scan or search

Scan the ticket QR code in the Event App, or search by purchaser or attendee name.

3

Confirm entry

Check ticket status, mark the person checked in and watch for duplicate or cancelled tickets.
